Mercury Energy \Customer Loyalty
THE BRIEF:
Mercury Energy is always looking to improve customer satisfaction and provide additional value for its customers. As such, the TBWA\TEQUILA team was briefed to launch its two new loyalty clubs: The Mercury Energy Movie Club and the Mercury Energy Perks Club.
THE SOLUTION:
Once the loyalty products were developed, the focus turned to signing up as many customers as possible through multiple customer touch-points in an integrated communications approach.
We developed a comprehensive customer loyalty programme for a six-month period and used a wide variety of channels to maximize sign-ups as quickly as possible.
The integrated campaign included using EDMs, bill inserts, press ads, paid search and banner advertising.
THE RESULTS:
Both loyalty clubs are going strong. The stretch targets for new members were reached, and customer churn has been reduced significantly.
